Open Blood donation program is on the way at Oxford College of Engineering and Management (OCEM) Gaindakot-2, Nawalparasi. The program is organized by All Nepal National Independent Students Union – Revolutionary ANNISU (R) with on the chairmanship of Naresh Kshetri (CCM – Western District Committee & President of Main Standing Committee – Oxford College). Chief Guest Lekhnath Neupane (ANNSUR President) spoke about the importance of blood to human being and the patriotism needed by the Nepali blood to change the Nepal.
